HIMA Art and Culture was founded by Negar Kashian, an Artist with Iranian roots. She studied Graphic and Visual Arts, after which she attended the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague in the Netherlands.
She has been teaching to children, adults and the elderly of all nationalities and styles for many years. Her goal is to bring people closer their feelings and desires. This she achieves to let student’s trough self-explorations with the help of creative therapy.
In her career she has held several solo and group exhibitions worldwide. In addition to practicing and teaching graphic art, she is also active in various artistic fields such as: children’s painting book, book cover design, ceramics, drawing and painting.
She draws her inspiration from poems, stories and the human feelings of everyday life. This is reflected in her works and illustrations, in which she combines various different techniques to better tell the story or message.
